Minimum order $180 for delivery service. **Q:Are there extra charges for certain locations?** $25 surcharge for Sentosa, Tuas, and Jurong Island. $60 surcharge for Changi Exhibition Centre. $150/hour for deliveries outside business hours (before 9am or after 9pm). **Q:Can I collect the equipment myself?** Self collection available by appointment at 10am, 6pm, or 8pm from our office at 341 Hougang Ave 7 #07-457 (use Lift B). You're responsible for any transport damage. **Q:How is the rental period calculated?** Rental is charged per day (24-hour period). 30-minute grace period for late returns, then an extra day is charged. **Q:Can you install apps on the iPads before delivery?** Yes, we offer pre-installation service. Send us app/file links by 4pm at least 2 working weekdays before your rental starts. You can also install apps yourself using your Apple ID. **Q:What if I sign into iCloud on the device?** You must log out of iCloud before returning. If the device is locked with your iCloud and you can't provide the password, you'll need to pay the full retail price. **Q:How do I return floor kiosks?** Remove iPads from kiosks and place them in their protective cases before return. $60 fee per kiosk if iPads are not removed. **Q:Can I get same-day or last-minute delivery?** Yes, with a rush fee. Rush orders include: same-day delivery, orders confirmed after 4pm for next-day delivery, or orders confirmed after 4pm Friday for weekend/Monday delivery. Self-collection is not available for rush orders—delivery only ($180 minimum). **Q:What's your cancellation policy?** 15+ days before rental: no charge. 3–14 days before: 50% fee.
