iPad Air — WiFi Only

The iPad Air 11 is a WiFi-only device. For internet access, we will provide one 5G WiFi router per iPad Air at no extra cost, each with 200Gb of data per calendar month.

Table Stands

The table stand is a universal security case with a flip stand. It locks the iPad into the case and lets it sit upright on a counter or table, or lie flat for signing. Stands are included with the model you select above — they are not charged separately.

Floor Stands

The floor stand is a free-standing floor kiosk, adjustable in height, suitable for registration counters and roadshows. Floor stands are compatible with the iPad 10.2 only.

Floor stand orders are delivered and collected by us — self collection is not available for them.

Before returning, the iPads must be removed from the kiosk and placed back into their protective casings. A fee of $150 per kiosk applies if they are not.

App / File Installation

You are free to install any app, file, or link after receiving the devices using your own Apple ID. We also offer an app / file / link pre-installation service at $10 per app or file per iPad, capped at $50 per iPad.

During your rental, we are unable to assist with app updates. You will need to use your own Apple ID to do a fresh reinstallation to update the app.

The link(s) to the files/apps should be sent to us by 4pm at least two working weekdays before the rental start date. For late submission, we will refund you the pre-installation fee if we are unable to do it in time.

App / File Installation
