Every model runs the same apps, so one order can mix them: iPad Pros on the demo counter and iPad 10.2s in floor stands at the entrance, for example. We rent to companies, agencies and event teams, not to individual visitors.
Which iPad to Choose?
All three models work well for events. Here's how to decide:
Choose iPad Pro 12.9" if:
- You need the largest screen for presentations and demos
- Your booth or showroom calls for a premium look
Choose iPad Air 11" if:
- You want the latest, fastest model
- You need a light device that's easy to carry around the floor
- Note: the iPad Air is WiFi-only — we include one free 5G WiFi router per iPad Air for internet access
Choose iPad 10.2" if:
- You need many units – registration, surveys, check-in
- You're pairing tablets with our floor kiosk stands
What we don't rent
Every tablet we rent is an Apple iPad. We retired our Samsung models in July 2026 and do not stock Android or Surface devices, so if your app only runs on Android, our phone range includes one Android handset, the Samsung A33.

Unlimited 5G Internet
Each iPad Pro and iPad 10.2 has its own data SIM. The WiFi-only iPad Air 11" connects through its bundled free 5G WiFi router. No WiFi setup required.

Security Cases and Table Stands
Every tablet sits in a security case that doubles as a table stand; the backing comes off if you want the tablet to lie flat. A steel cable with lock and key is $10 per cable.

Delivery and Collection
We deliver to any venue in Singapore between 9am and 9pm and collect after your event, for a two-way fee of about $70.80. Same-day delivery is available with a rush fee.

How Tablet Rental Is Priced
Tablet rental in Singapore is priced per unit per day, and the daily price falls the longer you keep the tablets. A seven-day rental costs a little over half the one-day rate per day; a 30-day rental costs under a quarter. There are no weekly or monthly packages to pick between: the quote engine works out the curve for your exact dates.
- Model: an iPad Pro 12.9" costs about twice as much per day as an iPad 10.2, and an iPad Air 11" about 1.4 times as much.
- Minimum order: $180, not counting delivery.
- Delivery and collection: about $70.80 for both trips. Same-day orders carry a rush fee.
- No deposit, and the quoted price is the final price.
- Included at no charge: 5G data, security case, table stand, charger and cable, and one 5G router per iPad Air.

01 How much does it cost to rent a tablet in Singapore?
There is no flat daily rate: the per-day price depends on the model and falls the longer you rent. An iPad Pro 12.9" costs about twice as much per day as an iPad 10.2, and an iPad Air 11" about 1.4 times as much. The minimum order is $180 before delivery, and delivery and collection is a two-way fee of about $70.80. The quote form gives the exact price for your dates and quantity.
02 Can I rent a tablet for a month?
Yes. The per-day price for a 30-day rental is under a quarter of the one-day rate. Every SIM and every iPad Air router carries 200Gb of data per calendar month.
03 Do you rent Samsung or other Android models?
No. Every tablet we rent is an Apple iPad. We retired our Samsung models in July 2026 and do not stock Android or Surface devices.
04 Can you deliver tablets on the same day?
Yes, when stock allows, but same-day delivery always carries a rush fee. The same fee applies to next-day orders confirmed after 4pm. Orders of 30 or more tablets need about five working days to prepare.
05 Which tablets fit a floor kiosk stand?
Only the iPad 10.2. We have 30 freestanding floor stands, about 1 m tall, and all of them take the iPad 10.2. The iPad Pro and iPad Air come with a table stand instead.
06 Is there a deposit?
No deposit is needed. You pay the quoted price by PayNow or by card (3.5% processing fee), and eligible companies can pay later on invoice.
