iPad Rental for Exhibitions in Singapore
To hire iPads for an exhibition booth in Singapore, have them delivered to the hall on your build-up day, on stands, with their own data and your app locked on. Exhibition environments have specific requirements:
5G Connectivity (Essential)
Exhibition venue WiFi is notoriously unreliable. Thousands of attendees and exhibitors share the same network, leading to slow speeds and dropped connections. Our iPad 10.2" and iPad Pro 12.9" have a built-in 5G SIM with data included. The iPad Air 11" is WiFi-only, so every iPad Air comes with its own 5G WiFi router (200Gb a month) at no extra cost.
Security Cases and Stands
Exhibition booths see hundreds of visitors. Tablets need:
- Protective cases to prevent damage: every rental comes in a security case that doubles as a table stand
- Cable locks to prevent theft: a steel cable with lock and key is $10 per cable
- Floor stands for hands-free display: our 30 floor kiosk stands are about 1 m tall and fit the iPad 10.2" only (see kiosk rental)
Kiosk Mode
Lock tablets to your app or website only. We set this up before delivery for $10 per app or file per device; we install your app, we do not supply lead-capture software. Kiosk mode prevents visitors from:
- Browsing the web or competitor sites
- Accessing settings or other apps
- Accidentally closing your presentation
Pre-loaded Content
Have your apps, catalogues, and videos installed before the event. Don't rely on downloading content over congested venue WiFi. Send us the files or app links when you book and they are on the iPads when they arrive.

What Exhibition iPad Rental Costs
iPad rental is not priced at a flat daily rate. The per-day price falls the longer you keep the iPads, so a four-day show plus build-up costs much less than five single days. The iPad 10.2" is the cheapest model per day, the iPad Air 11" sits in the middle and the iPad Pro 12.9" costs the most.
Every order has a $180 minimum before delivery, delivery and collection costs about $70.80, and there is no deposit. Deliveries to Changi Exhibition Centre carry a $60 surcharge. Cancelling 15 or more days before the rental costs nothing; 3 to 14 days before, 50%; inside 2 days, the full amount.

Delivery to the Exhibition Hall
We deliver and collect between 9am and 9pm; outside those hours there is a $150 per hour surcharge. Book delivery for the last build-up day, so the iPads can be set on their stands and tested on the hall's signal before doors open.
Someone from your team has to be at the booth to receive and sign for the iPads. Couriers do not leave devices with the organiser's counter, a hall manager or an empty booth, so name a contact who will be on the floor at the delivery time.
Book early for large booths. Orders of 30 or more devices need about five working days, and any same-day delivery, next-day order confirmed after 4pm, or weekend or Monday delivery confirmed after 4pm on Friday carries a rush fee.
